1. Ownership & Restrictions

This software, including, without limitation, its source code, design, documentation, and all associated assets, is the sole and exclusive property of CodeCell, Lda and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any copying, modification, distribution, sublicensing, or other unauthorized use of any part of this software is strictly prohibited, except as expressly authorized in writing by CodeCell, Lda.

2. No Redistribution or Modification

The unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution of this software is expressly prohibited.
Modification, decompilation, disassembly, or reverse engineering of the software is strictly prohibited, unless explicitly authorized in writing by CodeCell, Lda.
Any commercial or non-commercial use of this software is prohibited without prior written consent from CodeCell, Lda.

3. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

This software is provided on an "as is" basis, without any representations or warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. CodeCell, Lda makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the software, and shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising out of the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

4. Termination

Any breach of the terms of this agreement, including but not limited to unauthorized use, will result in the immediate and automatic termination of any and all rights granted under this license. Upon termination, the user agrees to immediately cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in their possession.
